Experience delicious, quirky drinks by New York based GN Chan, winner of Bacardí Legacy Global Cocktail Competition 2016! Trained as an industrial designer, GN combines his two biggest interests – design and performing – to create beautiful concoctions.
GN, together with business partner Faye Chen, is currently bringing his up-and-coming New York project – Double Chicken Please – on the road, a pop-up in a 1977 yellow VW Camper.
Faye Chen is ‘an artist who paints with flavors’, combining art, culture, and history into her tasty drinks! The former bar manager of Speak Low in Shanghai and winner of Bacardi Legacy China in 2015, Faye, together with business partner GN, is getting ready for her next adventure – opening a new bar in New York - Double Chicken Please!
